Watsonia North Primary School was established in 1971 and is situated in the safe and attractive residential suburb of Watsonia North in the City of Banyule, 17 kilometres North-East of Melbourne (Australia). Our school has committed, caring staff who provide a happy and supportive environment.

Selecting a school for your child is a very important decision to make, and I would therefore invite you to visit our school and see what we have to offer. Personal tours of the school are available and may be organised by contacting the School Office and making an appointment for a convenient time for you to visit. At Watsonia North, we are used to regular visitors and we will do our best to make you and your child feel welcome.

ENROLMENT: IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Due to its success, Watsonia North is a very popular school to enrol children. Consequently, to avoid overcrowding, an enrolment limit of 550 students has been agreed between our School Council and the Department of Education. Priority for enrolment is therefore given to children where Watsonia North Primary School is the nearest school to the child's primary place of residence.

Qualifying families must provide confirmation of residential address with either a Driver's Licence, Utilities Account (ie Electricity, Gas, etc) or Lease Agreement.

Families who do not qualify under this guideline may be given a place, but are advised to contact Tina King (Principal) to discuss enrolment availability.
